Perhaps you have ever gone into a modern day office block or a store and wondered how the wall panels seem to have nothing possessing them on to the wall? A quantity of years ago reaching this effect would have been unthinkable and you would have found some form of obvious solving towards the top and bottom of the wall panels keeping them on to the wall behind, but this did look unsightly until the screws heads were filled over. 

Yet, in stuffing them in you needed two problems, firstly acquiring a color match with the filler was very hard. Subsequently if you filled them in then it made the panels very hard to remove in a hurry, that could be a problem if you needed to get to any electrical equipment or drinking water pipes sat behind them in a hurry.

One particular German company recognised the necessity to have a wall snowboard fixing system that allowed panels to be tightly fixed to a wall membrane without having obvious fixings displaying, but also allowed them to be released quickly in the event of the necessity to take a snowboard off. It has proven to be an idea that shop fitters love using as it provides such a clean look.

The Keku wall -panel system works very simply with lightweight aluminium “I” cross section beams that appear to be mini RSJ light beams fit. These come pre-drilled with holes and are screwed to the real wall.

Lots bearing body component can now be attached to the beam and the relevant panel component attached with the panel, this then means the panel then can be slid into place with the plank component clipping in to place with the body component. This forms a connection, which in result locks the panel to the wall, but by simply sliding the -panel upwards the constituents come apart releasing the -panel.

The fact that the beams come pre-drilled for easy assembly also means that the frame components can be attached to the beams at a wide variety of levels. This in turn allows a lot of overall flexibility when hanging the wall structure panels.

The end consequence is wall panel fixings that can be set firmly, but invisibly in position but allow for a very high dimensional reliability, with gaps that are precise, yet can be varied in width.
